The Mayor's Youth Council is an expressive group of youth who are a resouce to city officials in Calgary. Mayor's Youth Council member share their viewpoints with a desire to impact government choices. Issues addressed include transportation, environment, and city spaces.

The Calgary Mayor's Youth Council is a group of youth working to making our world a better place.  This Council is made up of youth from ages 15 - 18, from all walks of life, from different sections of our city, schools, and communities.  We are committed to finding the voices of youth and announcing them to the world.  Founded in 1992, the Council has evolved many times, and taken many different roles in the city.
